My name is Holly Montgomery, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic mental health care in a safe and non-judgmental space.
I believe in treating the whole person, not just a set of symptoms. This means we will work together to understand ALL aspects of your life that contribute to your mental health. My goal is not just to reduce symptoms but to help you build resilience, discover your strengths, and achieve a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.
